Jeanne Rutgers is the founder of 303 Learning. At the heart of this practice is the belief that all students can learn to read.
Jeanne is an Certified Academic Language Practitioner and Certified Dyslexia Specialist. She holds credentials from the Center for Effective Reading Instruction (CERI) and Academic Language Therapy Association (ALTA).
When she is not working you can find her swimming, practicing yoga, or watching too much Netflix.
